Investigate the increasing role Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) can play to reduce greenhouse gases emissions. Discussion topics include: The potential and limits of ICT to reduce GHG emissions. Different strategies and means to realize the potentials of emerging telecommunication services compared to solutions currently offered. The role and responsibility of key stakeholders to develop the necessary tools for maximizing the contribution of ICT to climate change mitigation and adaptation. The Forum will include a panel discussion with question also taken from the audience. A possible video conference will include remote participants.
